This policy applies to B-HRD, a business HRIS and attendance platform operated by Blackfish Code Squad Indonesia.

1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of B-HRD, operated by Blackfish Code Squad Indonesia. By accessing or using the service, users and participating organizations agree to these terms.

2. Intended Use

B-HRD is designed for organizational HRIS workflows, attendance management, leave and permit requests, employee administration, and related internal business processes.

5. Attendance and AI-Assisted Validation

The service may use AI-assisted analysis for attendance support, including face reference checks and image analysis. AI output is treated as an analytical input. Final business decisions remain under backend rules and authorized HR review.

6. Leave, Permit, and Appeal Workflows

Requests for leave, sick permits, late permits, missed check-out appeals, and related evidence are subject to the organization's configured workflow. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

7. Service Availability

Blackfish Code Squad Indonesia will make reasonable efforts to keep B-HRD available, but uninterrupted access, zero downtime, or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

8. Intellectual Property

The application, source materials, visual identity, workflows, and supporting documentation related to B-HRD are the property of Blackfish Code Squad Indonesia, unless otherwise stated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blackfish Code Squad Indonesia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Organizations remain responsible for their internal HR policies, employment decisions, and regulatory compliance.

10. Termination or Suspension

Access to the service may be suspended or terminated where misuse, unauthorized access, security concerns, or policy violations are identified.

11. Governing Policies

These terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and any internal employment or HR policies applied by the customer organization using B-HRD.
